This COVID Prevention Program (CPP) establishes uniform guidelines for complying with the requirements of the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (Cal/OSHA) response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and subsequent possible infections of employees and management personnel.
All the elements that may be required for regulatory compliance are found in this program In accordance with the following CCR, Title 8 sections:
3205, COVID-19 Prevention
3205.1, Multiple COVID-19 Infection and COVID-19 Outbreaks
3205.2, Major COVID-19 Outbreaks
3205.3, Prevention in Employer-Provided Housing
3205.4, COVID-19 Prevention in Employer-Provided Transportation to and from Work
Additional Benefits
Program Updates – As the standards, regulations and directives change at the state and local level, you will receive all applicable updates.
Consultations – Program holders have access to subject matter experts to answer questions and give guidance. NOTE: If the issue cannot be resolved in short order, the issue will be converted to a project and billed at the rates established in the Consulting Agreement.
